How we use your information.

1. What we collect

When you book a shoot or sign in to the agent portal we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), Keller Williams market center (optional), property address, and payment metadata returned by Stripe. Booking and shoot details are stored alongside your account.

2. How we use phone numbers

Phone numbers are used solely to deliver transactional SMS related to your bookings — primarily the shoot-day reminder — via our messaging partner Twilio Inc. We do not share, sell, or transfer phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS consent is captured separately at the point of phone-number collection and persisted alongside the account record.

3. Service providers

We use the following third-party processors to operate the service. Each accesses only the data needed to perform their function:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Twilio — transactional SMS delivery
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Dropbox — delivery folder hosting
• Google Calendar — shoot scheduling
• Vercel — application hosting
• Neon — database hosting

4. Data retention

Booking records and associated personal information are retained for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to fulfill tax / accounting obligations (typically 7 years). You may request deletion at any time by emailing the address below; bookings tied to completed payments may need to be retained in pseudonymized form to comply with payment-processor and IRS rules.

5. Your rights

You can update or delete your profile at /account/profile. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any message or unchecking the SMS consent box on your profile. For any other request, contact us at the address below.
